Divia Thani


Divia Thani is a writer and editor based in Mumbai, India.

She is the Editor-in-Chief of Conde Nast Traveller magazine, which launched in India in October 2010 to great acclaim.

Prior to this, she worked as Features Editor at Vogue.

Divia graduated summa cum laude with a degree in English from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.

She received the Robert C Laing Award for Creative Writing, and a prestigious Brackenridge Fellowship from the University Honors College.

On returning to India, Divia immediately became involved in magazine publishing.

She has been part of the core teams to launch five international m agazine titles in India.

Divia has written extensively on the arts, culture, lifestyle and travel.

She has interviewed several luminous personalities, including film stars, celebrities, artists and authors.
